I believe that yoga restores the body and brings it back into balance. Yoga opens the lungs, oxygenates the blood and flushes out toxins in the body. In other words, the more expansive your breathing is, the more expansive your being is.

Yoga increases flexibility, ease of movement and prevents one from sustaining injuries.

It increases longevity and allows the body to be more supple, limber and free.

I believe that yoga is a practise that is beneficial for all ages. It undoes the tension that is developed in the body over time. It is my recommendation that the earlier you begin to practise yoga the easier it is to maintain a healthy, pain free body.
